FEASIBILITY STUDY
Thanks to our experience and that of our partners, we can conduct feasibility analyses, give suggestions for the production of the final product and on any critical issues for the tools.
In the process of assessing a new product, modern CAD and FEM analytical systems are used to study stress and deformation.
POST-PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE
We are also available to discuss with the customer the production results and possible improvements ( including material, machine setup, design changes and coating) by viewing some samples of finished product or tools.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Our warehouse is supplied with the most requested standard products including :
- Standard Punches according DIN norms are kept in stock with different material and coating combination: M2+TIN & M42+ALCRONA.
- Pins “TX” from T10 to T30 at different penetration.
- MHI from MHI 8 a MHI 17
PURCHASE PLAN & LEAD TIME REDUCTION
Considering the demand for smaller and variable batches, in order to allow a simpler purchase and warehouse management to our customers we give the possibility to place orders with long deliveries or in different batches.
In an emergency, we can prioritise production and anticipate times reducing lead time.
